Event Description
This interactive 90-minute workshop helps leaders across aging services examine how workplace culture, onboarding, and everyday leadership practices influence burnout, performance, and retention. Participants will use the CARE Framework™ to identify practical ways to build workforce capacity and create environments where employees feel supported, valued, and motivated to stay.
Objectives
- Differentiate between compassion and capacity and explain why workforce capacity is essential for long-term retention.
- Identify leadership practices that strengthen or unintentionally deplete employee capacity, engagement, and well-being.
- Apply the CARE Framework™ to create workplace cultures that support capacity, performance, and retention.
- Identify practical improvements to onboarding, communication, and employee support that can be implemented within their organizations.
